CHIA SEEDS

INGREDIENTS

Smoothie:

  • ½ sliced frozen banana
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 2 strawberries
  • ¾ cup frozen mango

Chia Pudding:

  • ¼ cup Organic Chia Seeds MondaySF
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

TOPPINGS 

Extra fruit, shredded coconut.

METHOD

  1. Prepare the pudding by mixing the milk & chia seeds together in a jar or bowl the night before. Refrigerate overnight for the pudding to thicken.
  2. The next day, blend all ingredients for the smoothie
  3. Layer the smoothie on top of the chia pudding, top with more fruit, shredded coconut
  4. Enjoy!
