SPIRULINA BOWL
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 tsp Organic Spirulina Powder MondaySF
- 2 tbsp buckwheat (soaked overnight)
- 1 banana
- 1 date
- A few fresh spinach leaves (or frozen)
- A few carrot leaves
- A pinch of almond milk
TOPPINGS
Fresh fruits, bee pollen, granola, goji berries.
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients until you get a very creamy smoothie porridge.
- Top the bowl just as you like with fresh fruits, dried berries or homemade granola.
- Enjoy!
