SPIRULINA BOWL

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 tsp Organic Spirulina Powder MondaySF
  • 2 tbsp buckwheat (soaked overnight)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 date
  • A few fresh spinach leaves (or frozen)
  • A few carrot leaves
  • A pinch of almond milk

TOPPINGS

Fresh fruits, bee pollen, granola, goji berries.

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients until you get a very creamy smoothie porridge. 
  2. Top the bowl just as you like with fresh fruits, dried berries or homemade granola.
  3. Enjoy!
