BAOBAB BOWL

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp Organic Baobab Powder MondaySF
  • 1 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds MondaySF
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp dessicated coconut
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 100 g rolled oats (A large handful)
  • Several grinds of fresh nutmeg
  • Zest of ½ a grapefruit
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

TOPPINGS 

Fresh fruit, nuts/seeds, nut butter, sprinkle of cinnamon.

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in your favourite breakfast bowl the night before eating.
  2. In the morning, give everything a good stir and add a bit more milk if desired. Add your favourite toppings, serve immediately or pop a lid on your container and eat on-the-go.
