- 1 tsp Organic Baobab Powder MondaySF
- 1 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds MondaySF
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp dessicated coconut
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 100 g rolled oats (A large handful)
- Several grinds of fresh nutmeg
- Zest of ½ a grapefruit
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Fresh fruit, nuts/seeds, nut butter, sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Mix all the ingredients together in your favourite breakfast bowl the night before eating.
- In the morning, give everything a good stir and add a bit more milk if desired. Add your favourite toppings, serve immediately or pop a lid on your container and eat on-the-go.
